Coach’s Corner: Kindness is made up of the three distinct elements we are practicing during the Challenge—avoiding negativity, expressing affirmation, and taking actual actions of kindness and generosity. Do you know which you already do well, and which you most need to work on? Many people don’t; but The Kindness Challenge research found that practicing each day is the best way to become aware. (Even better: log in your notebook what you try each day, what happens, and what you think works best as you go. Also: if appropriate, post your observations, and look at those of others, using #JoinKindness!)
